As the author and father of modern facilitated drum circle movement said in his book: Drum circle facilitation: Building community through rhythm,
“ Every moment spent in a drum circle is a potential learning experience”.
This week we dig deeper into that and do a group rhythmic exploration in “Call and Response” technique. This technique involves a facilitator laying down one or two measures of simple beat and allowing participants to respond back with the same rhythm using their percussion instruments. We are excited to introduce this as we groove.
