Drum Flow Session-Going Public- June 18th

OUTDOOR SESSION

Welcome to our first outdoor, and public session. We will be meeting at Island Park in the stone circle where Broadway meets 1st Ave. South.

A team of supporters have been workshopping these sessions for several months. We are  looking forward to introducing this experience to others. Drum Flow Sessions are a great way to enter a shared rhythm, ride and participate in waves of sound, integrate the body in the moment, rest, and restore. We have recently introduced these sessions to veterans where feet are tapping, and heads are swinging to spontaneous, creatively shared music. We are always looking to build on our team of volunteers and session facilitators as we work to share this experience with others. We have a few recommendations for those coming to participate in our first public event.

2. If you join us, please stay with us through the wrap-up at 7pm.
